A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A ROOFING ADVISOR

As a Roofing Advisor, you establish trust with potential clients as you consult with them about roofing projects, build estimates, present proposals, and follow up with them to ensure complete satisfaction. Your knowledge of the construction industry, your skills as an estimator, and your knack for sales help you excel in this position.

A lot of your time is spent out in the field as you go out to prospective clients' homes, see what they want to be done, and establish a rapport with them. You assemble and use details such as pricing, measurements, and the required workforce to evaluate a project based on the client's preferences. Your attention to detail helps you to construct accurate estimates.

Next, you present the proposal with several different pricing options to the prospective client. Your great interpersonal skills help you close the deal. Using your integrity, competence, and sales ability, you help build us a loyal customer base!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING ADVISOR

* Basic construction knowledge

* Basic math skills necessary for the building of accurate estimates

* Sales ability

Basic proficiency in technology
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass random drug tests
No felonies
Starting pay is $15/hr; plus commission after 90 day probation period
